I’m not sure about you, but this gal was not born with naturally slick locks…they’re actually comparable to stack of hay…and I know that a lot of you Eye’ers share my tumultuous tress troubles! It's amazing to me how brands can make one feel that they are actually channeling their inner celebrity with something as mundane as a nail polish, but hey...I guess if Nicki Minaj thinks it's cool, than I do too!
